Towns and Villages

Below is a list of the towns and villages the Convention Army passed through (or in some cases likely passed through) on their march from Saratoga to Cambridge in 1777.  Most all of these towns have changed considerably since the march.  Here and there along the way a few buildings which witnessed their passing still stand, such as the tavern of Isaac Jones in Weston, Massachusetts, "the most convenient inn of any on the road":
